LANDLORD'S ENTRY ONTO PROPERTY. The LANDLORD can enter the property at reasonable times on (24) twenty-four hours notice to the tenant The LANDLORD can enter the property to inspect it; make repairs, alterations or improvements; supply services; or, show the property to prospective buyers, lenders, contractors, insurers, or tenants In case of emergency, the LANDLORD can enter the property at any time without notice to the tenant
LANDLORD'S ENTRY ONTO PROPERTY. 17.1 Landlord's Entry onto Property. Landlord, and Landlord's agents, representatives and other acting on behalf of or with Landlord's authority, shall have the right to enter the Property at any time, upon reasonable notice and from time to time for purposes of inspection of the Property, to assure Tenant's performance of Tenant's obligations under this Lease, and for such other purposes as Landlord may reasonably determine.
LANDLORD'S ENTRY ONTO PROPERTY. A. The Tenant will permit the Landlord, agents of the Landlord, leasing agents, and others accompanying the Landlord or with those with the Landlord’s permission to enter the property at reasonable times. Access will be provided to: Inspect the property, make repairs, alterations, or improvements, supply services, show the property to prospective buyers, mortgage lenders, contractors or insurers. A maintenance request inherently authorizes the Landlord or their agents to enter the unit within the reasonable time frame.
LANDLORD'S ENTRY ONTO PROPERTY. Upon providing reasonable advance notice to Tenant (which need not be in writing), Landlord or Landlord's agent or maintenance personnel may enter the Property between 8am and 6pm to make quarterly inspections of units, repairs, improve the property or show the Property to possible buyers, lenders or tenants. Landlord or Landlord’s agent or maintenance personnel may enter the Property without notice to Tenant in an emergency or if the Property appears to have been abandoned by Tenant or as other permitted by law.
LANDLORD'S ENTRY ONTO PROPERTY a. The landlord can enter the property at reasonable times on 24 hours notice to the tenant to:
1) Inspect the property.
2) Make repairs, alterations or improvements
3) Supply services.
4) Show the properly to prospective buyers, mortgage lenders, contractors or insurers.
b. After the tenant or the landlord has given notice to end the lease, the landlord may show the property to future tenants at reasonable times. The landlord can only inspect the property with the tenant present or after the landlord gives the tenant reasonable opportunity to be present. The tenant can refuse entry to any future tenant unless the future tenant enters with a representative of the landlord or has written permission from the landlord.
c. In case of emergency, the landlord can enter the property at any time without notice to the tenant. If the tenant is not present at the time of entry, the landlord must notify the tenant within 24 hours of the time, purpose and persons who entered the property.

LANDLORD'S ENTRY ONTO PROPERTY. It shall be lawful for the Landlord, his agents and representatives, at any reasonable time to enter into or upon said demised Property for the purpose of examining the condition thereof, or any other lawful purpose with the understanding, however, that the Landlord may not unreasonably interfere with the clients of the Tenant nor inspect any office which is then in use. Further Landlord shall not give a key to the Property.

EXCEPT IN THE CASE OF AN EMERGENCY SITUATION, SUCH ENTRY CAN BE AFTER SUCH NORMAL
