Landlord’s Fees and Costs. Tenant shall pay Landlord a fee for reviewing, scheduling, monitoring, supervising, and providing access for or in connection with the Work, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total cost of the Work (including costs of plans and permits therefor), and Landlord’s out-of-pocket costs, including any costs for security, utilities, trash removal, temporary barricades, janitorial, engineering, architectural or consulting services, and other matters in connection with the Work, payable within thirty (30) days after billed.

Landlord’s Fees and Costs. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the Lease, neither Landlord nor any agent or employee of Landlord (including, without limitation, any property) shall be entitled to receive any administration or other fee from Tenant in connection with the design and construction of the Additional Tenant Improvements or the supervision thereof and Landlord shall be solely responsible for all costs incurred by Landlord in connection with such administration and supervision.
