Providing Access. General Agent shall provide a means for individuals to access their own CSO Nonpublic Personal Information which is in General Agent’s possession. If individuals notify General Agent of errors in their CSO Nonpublic Personal Information, General Agent shall notify Company, and both parties will coordinate efforts to correct any inaccurate information.
Providing Access a) Forestry Commission Scotland representing the Scottish Executive, agrees to allow access to the Trust in accordance with Forestry Commission bylaws 1982 – annexed as Annex 2 – (and any subsequent revisals), to South Xxxxxx Forest, including the woodlands, the pastures or unplanted areas, the water courses, water bodies, but specifically excluding open access to the Forestry Commission Achmore Outstation building, and only so far as such access is consistent with rights of the Secretary of State’s tenants and other parties who already have legal rights in South Xxxxxx. b) This Concordat shall not however prevent the Partnership from closing off public access to parts of South Xxxxxx Forest where it is desirable in the interests of public safety in the connection with timber felling or other operations. c) The Trust, representing the community, agrees to carry out such community forestry and development activities, as previously agreed with Forestry Commission, in South Xxxxxx Forest, funded from private and public contributions, and to support the Forestry Commission policy of providing open and permissive access to the facilities and to ensure that any activities undertaken by the Trust conform with Government policies stated in the Scottish Forestry Strategy. d) The Forestry Commission agrees not to sell or otherwise dispose of South Xxxxxx Forest or any of its facilities without prior consultation and agreement with the Trust. The Forestry Commission also agrees to recognise and protect the added value to South Xxxxxx Forest emanating from mutually agreed projects and the investment of public and private funds arranged by the Trust, by securing that any purchasers of an area to which the Trust has added value shall enter into a similar Concordat with the Trust as regards the area sold. e) The Trust agrees to consult and regularly advise The Forestry Commission of all prospective investments to be made in South Xxxxxx Forest and associated buildings and structures.

Providing Access. The Allocation Holders shall provide access at their existing intake site to any other Jordan Lake water allocation holders that request access to utilize their allocations if: (A) the Division determines that access is technically feasible and would not materially reduce the ability of the Allocation Holders to withdraw their entire allocation under normal conditions; (B) the Allocation Holders are not liable, without their consent, for any costs associated with obtaining any necessary permits, engineering design or construction associated with access; and (C) the Allocation Holders are not liable, without their consent, for any increased operation and maintenance costs resulting from provision of access.

Providing Access a) The Commission, representing the Scottish Executive, agrees to authorise access to the Forest by the Partners for the completion of projects in accordance with agreed Project Plans, the agreed Annual Programme of Works and the Forestry Commission bylaws 1982 and any subsequent revisions. Such access will include woodlands, pastures or unplanted areas and water courses, but specifically excluding buildings (unless specifically agreed), and only so far as such access is consistent with rights of the Scottish Ministers’ tenants and other parties who have or may have legal rights in the Forest. b) This Concordat shall not prevent the Commission from closing off public access to parts of the Forest where it is desirable in the interests of public safety in the connection with timber felling or other operations. Except in the case of emergency, the Commission undertakes to consult with Partners in advance of such closures, taking account of individual Partner’s operations on agreed projects and of the Annual Programme of Work. c) The Commission and the Partners, as applicable, agree: • in fulfilment of their statutory powers and responsibilities, to promote the development of sustainable recreational access infrastructure in Xxxxxx Valley through advice, grant aid and other means all in accordance with their policies and objectives, and • to carry out such development and maintenance activities, as may be agreed with the Commission in the Forest, funded from private and public contributions in accordance with agreed Project Plans and the Annual Programme of Works. d) The Commission and the Partners agree to support the policy of providing open and permissive access to the facilities (taking account of Partners’ reasonable commercial requirements) and to ensure that any activities undertaken by them conform to Scottish Executive policies stated or implicit in the Scottish Forestry Strategy. e) The Commission and the Partners agree to consult and regularly advise the Management Group of all relevant prospective investments to be made in or connected with Xxxxxx Valley.

The computer and network card must have software installed that supports the Internet Protocol commonly referred to as TCP/IP. Any conflicts between the software compatibility of the network and the TENANT’S computer operating system or any other feature will be the responsibility of the TENANT to resolve. LANDLORD will not be responsible for software issues related to the user’s personal computer.

  • ICANN Access Registry Operator shall provide bulk access to the zone files for the TLD to ICANN or its designee on a continuous basis in the manner ICANN may reasonably specify from time to time.   • System Access CUSTOMER agrees to provide to PROVIDER, at CUSTOMER’S expense, necessary access to the mainframe computer and related information technology systems (the “System”) on which CUSTOMER data is processed during the times (the “Service Hours”) specified in the PSAs, subject to reasonable downtime for utility outages, maintenance, performance difficulties and the like. In the event of a change in the Service Hours, CUSTOMER will provide PROVIDER with at least fifteen (15) calendar days written notice of such change.

  • WORK ACCESS The Association shall provide a current, written list of its Association Representatives to all heads of departments, offices, or bureaus represented herein and the CAO. The Association shall be responsible for keeping the list current. An Association Representative shall have access to department, office, or bureau facilities where Unit members are employed during regular working hours to assist employees covered under this MOU in addressing grievances when such Association assistance is requested by a grievant(s) or to investigate matters arising out of the application of the provisions of this MOU. The Association Representative shall request authorization for such visits by contacting the designated Management representative of the head of the office, department, or bureau. In the event immediate access cannot be authorized, the designated Management representative shall inform the Association Representative as to the earliest time when access can be granted. This Article shall not be construed as a limitation on the power of the head of a department, office, or bureau to restrict access to areas designated for security or confidential purposes.
