LANGUAGE AND STANDARDS. All reports, correspondence, drawings, notices, marking, and other communications shall be in the English language. The English version of the Contract shall prevail. Unless otherwise provided in writing all documentation and work shall employ the units of weights and measures called for by the Statement of Work, Technical Specifications, etc., applicable to this Contract.

  • Quality Standards Each Party agrees that the nature and quality of its products and services supplied in connection with the other Party's Marks will conform to quality standards set by the other Party.
