Language and Version. This Agreement shall be made in Chinese with an English translation. In case of discrepancies between the two versions, the Chinese version shall prevail. This Agreement has six (6) originals with each of the Transferors and the Transferee keeping one original. Other originals of this Agreement shall be used to conducting necessary changing registration procedures.
