Language Assistance Taglines. i. The Contractor shall post taglines in a conspicuously visible size (no less than 12-point font), in English and at least the top 18 non-English languages in the State (as determined by DHCS), informing beneficiaries, potential beneficiaries, and the public of the availability of no-cost language assistance services, including assistance in non-English languages and the provision of free auxiliary aids and services for people with disabilities.
