Language, Weights and Measures. Unless otherwise specified in the Contract, the English language shall be used by the Contractor in all written communications to UNIDO with respect to the services to be rendered and all documents procures or prepared by the Contractor pertaining to the work. The metric system of weights and measures shall be used by the Contractor and estimates of quantities involved shall be made and recorded in metric units, except when otherwise specified in the Contract.
