Laptop Replacement Schedule. The AAA shall establish a laptop replacement schedule to assure each assessor has an operational laptop that meets minimum specifications needed for the Comprehensive Assessment Reporting Evaluation (CARE) tool. The laptop replacement schedule must ensure that equipment is sufficient to operate the state’s mandated applications.
