Grant Awards. The City will consider applications for grants up to fifty percent (50%) of the total eligible project costs. The maximum grant award per project from the City is $7,000 for property improvements. Applicants may use grants funds from Appleton Downtown Inc.’s Façade Grant program as their matching funds for up to 25% of the owner/applicants contribution to the Business Enhancement Grant.
Grant Awards. Nothing contained herein shall prevent employees from pursuing and accepting external grant funding. Grand funded activities will be performed outside of contractual obligations.
Grant Awards. United Way agrees: To be advised by community members in awarding contributed funds. The Partner Agency agrees: To accept the final award approved by United Way’s Board of Directors and use it for operating or equipment expenses only. Bricks and mortar expenses are not allowable expenses.
Grant Awards. The first grant award of £1.5m inclusive of non-recoverable VAT will be paid to the Combined Authority in 2017/18 financial year following submission of their project plan, resource plan and expected performance levels, for years 1, 2 and 3 of the pilot.
Grant Awards. As a recipient of a grant from CPRIT or other grantor, CTNeT is required to comply with the terms of its granting contract from CPRIT or such other grantor. Research Site agrees to reasonably cooperate with CTNeT’s compliance requirements, including providing documentation necessary to evidence compliance with the terms of the applicable grant. Such documentation may include: (1) a statement of the progress made on any particular Study; (2) an inventory of any equipment purchased with CTNeT funding; and
Grant Awards. The board shall establish the maxi- mum amount of a grant awarded under this subsection. The board may not establish a maximum amount that exceeds the maximum amount in the previous academic year unless the board deter- mines, to the best of its ability, that in doing so the board will award grants under this paragraph in the current academic year to at least as many students as the board awarded grants to under this para- graph in the previous academic year. Grants under this section may not be less than $250 during any one academic year.
Grant Awards. Grant Awards are attached hereto as Exhibit D.
Grant Awards. Should either Party utilize existing grant funds or obtain additional grant funding for the Project, said grant funding shall be applied toward that Party’s contribution of this Agreement.
Grant Awards. All grant applications submitted to any Governmental Authority for grants that were ultimately awarded to the Company complied in all material respects with the respective grant application requirements at the time when such grants were awarded. The execution and delivery by the Company of this Agreement, the performance by the Company of its obligations hereunder and thereunder and the consummation by the Company of the transactions contemplated hereby and thereby will result in the Company no longer being eligible to draw, or request reimbursement, on the unused portions of awards for the currently effective grants that have not been fully drawn down, and the Company will have the obligation to close such grants following the Closing Date. The monies that have been awarded under the current grants have been drawn down by the Company on the reimbursement method. The Company is not obligated to refund any monies draw down on any of the grant awards, reimburse any such granting entity for grant monies previously expended and the Company has no other liabilities, excluding such liabilities as may arise from the Company’s obligations to continue compliance with applicable Law, including the Bxxx-Xxxx Act, following the Closing Date, with respect to any such grants (collectively, the “Grant-Related Liabilities”). All funds received by the Company from such grants have been used for the purposes and in accordance with the budgets and/or terms approved in the respective award letters. The Company has complied in all material respects with the applicable provisions of the Bxxx-Xxxx Act with respect to any Company Intellectual Property conceived or first actually reduced to practice in the performance of work under any grants awarded to the Company from the National Institute of Health which that would not have a Company Material Adverse Effect on the Business.
