Common use of Large Format Photography Package Clause in Contracts

Large Format Photography Package. Prior to project implementation, the designated responsible party shall oversee the successful delivery of a large format photography package prepared by staff or contractors meeting the Professional Qualifications for Architectural History, History, Architecture, or Historic Architecture, as appropriate. a. The large format photography package shall include a comprehensive collection of photographs of both interior and exterior views showing representative spaces and details of significant architectural features and typical building materials. The designated responsible party shall submit the large format film photography package to the SHPO/OAS for review and approval. Once approved by the SHPO/OAS, the designated responsible party shall submit copies of the approved documentation to a state or local historical society, archive, and/or library for permanent retention.
