Common use of Large State Contracts Clause in Contracts

Large State Contracts. Pursuant to Connecticut General Statutes §§ 4-250 and 4-252, Contractor must present at the execution of each large State contract (having a total cost to the State of more than $500,000 in a calendar or fiscal year) an executed gift certification, which Contractor shall update as prescribed by Connecticut General Statute § 4-252(a). In addition, pursuant to Governor Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxx’x Executive Order No. 49, anyone who executes and files said gift certification shall also execute and file a campaign contribution certification disclosing all contributions made to campaigns of candidates for statewide public office or the General Assembly.

Xxxx Xxxx’x Executive Order No. 1. In addition, pursuant to paragraph 8 of Governor Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxx’x M. Xxxx Xxxx’x Executive Order No. 491, anyone who executes and files said gift certification shall also execute and file a campaign contribution certification disclosing all contributions made to campaigns of candidates for statewide public office or the General Assembly.
