Large Volume Commercial Uses. Large Volume Commercial Uses include, but are not limited to, proper and authorised use of the Font Software in the creation of products, promotional campaigns and related materials; advertising campaigns and related materials; product packaging or printed materials that require or results in the creation of more than 250,000 reproductions; interior or exterior store signage for regional, national or international uses including billboards. Under such circumstances an additional license will be required.

  • Volume of TIPS Sales Nothing in this Agreement or any TIPS communication may be construed as a guarantee that TIPS or TIPS Members will submit any TIPS orders to Vendor at any time.

  • Minimum Customer Support Requirements for TIPS Sales Vendor shall provide timely and commercially reasonable support for TIPS Sales or as agreed to in the applicable Supplemental Agreement.

  • Demarcation Point 98.1 CenturyLink will designate the point of demarcation between CenturyLink’s equipment and CLEC’s collocated equipment, which point of demarcation shall be in or adjacent to its Collocation Space unless otherwise mutually agreed to by the Parties. At CLEC's request, CenturyLink will identify the location(s) of other possible demarcation points available to CLEC, and CLEC will designate from these location(s) the point(s) of demarcation between its collocated equipment and CenturyLink's equipment. CenturyLink will use its best efforts to identify the closest demarcation point to CLEC's equipment that is available.

  • Compressed Work Week The Company and Union recognize the concept of the compressed work week. It is further understood that the compressed work week conditions will apply only to those departments that are on the compressed work week.
