Common use of Late Arrival Clause in Contracts

Late Arrival. (a) Unless the Student has made prior arrangements with the University for late arrival this Contract will automatically terminate if the Student has not taken up residence by the end of the first day of the Period of Residence and the Deposit will not be refunded (b) If the Student has made arrangements with the University for late arrival but has not taken up residence (or made further arrangements with the University) by the agreed late arrival date, this Contract will automatically terminate on the agreed late arrival date and the Deposit will not be refunded
