Late Arrival. Leaseholder shall submit a request for late arrival in writing to the Family & Graduate Housing office prior to the Lease start date. If University and Leaseholder agree to delay possession, changes in the arrival date will not alter the Lease start date or payment due dates. Leaseholder is not entitled to any credit or discount for any time the apartment is unoccupied.
