Common use of Late Crate Return Clause in Contracts

Late Crate Return. Transport carrier has to return all the received empty crates within the prescribe Period as mentioned in clause 6.1.6 to the ICMU /Depot or as per ongoing journey time otherwise a penalty will be imposed as per the rate of Rs 500/- per day for late depositing days of crates subject to Rs 5000/- per trip if crates are not returned after 10 days. However, 2 days grace period would be considered in each return trip for allowing fitness purpose of vehicle while calculating return journey days only for penalty purpose.
