Late Return. If you are going to be late, tell us straight away. We reserve the right to charge a £100 per hour late return fee which may be used to compensate other holidaymakers who are made to wait for our vehicle. This fee will also include the additional administration in the extension of your insurance.
Late Return. An hourly fee in addition to daily charges for each hour or fraction thereof that the Vehicle is not returned to the location where rented or designated by the date and time set forth in the Contract, or sooner if demanded by Xxxxxx.
Late Return. If Xxxxxx returns the property to Owner after the time and date when the rental period ends, Renter will pay Owner a rental charge of $ per day for each day or partial day beyond the end of the rental period until the property is returned. Owner may subtract this charge from the security deposit. 7. Condition of Property Xxxxxx acknowledges receiving the property in good condition, except as follows:
Late Return. (a) In the event that the Company wishes to schedule a return to the London Coliseum after midnight the Company must agree with the Orchestra (a majority of the Musicians who would be affected by such late return) to determine whether to schedule an overnight stay or a late return.
(b) In the event that the Musicians agree to a scheduled time of return to London Coliseum between midnight and 2am or the actual (but not scheduled) return is between midnight and 2am, the following additional payments shall be made by the Company:
(i) Return between midnight and 12.30am: £5.00 (ii) Return between 12.30am and 1.00am: £10.00 (iii) Return between 1.00am and 2.00am: £15.00
(c) The following day will be scheduled in the normal way subject to the provision of 2.8(b).
Late Return. If the Equipment is not returned at the end of the hire period, the Hirer will be charged an additional rate for each extra hour or part thereof.
Late Return. Vehicles must be returned inspection ready by 12:00 noon. Late returns are not allowed without Fraserway’s permission. If the vehicle is returned late without Fraserway’s permission, overtime hours are charged up to a maximum of 4 times the daily retail rate.

Late Return. If Renter returns the Bike to the designated return area more than 20 minutes after the scheduled “Time Back,” Renter shall forfeit his/her security deposit.
Late Return. In the event the Vehicle is returned at a time which is later than designated on Page 1 of this Agreement, the Guest shall pay CanaDream Inc. an amount calculated by multiplying the number of late hours by $150; however, the said amount shall not exceed $600 for each 24 hour period, or portion thereof, of such late return.
