Late Payment Fees. If Franchisee does not pay the Commercial Hauler Fee due in full in accordance with this Agreement and EGMC Section 30.50.140, Franchisee shall be subject to, and shall pay, a Late Payment Fee pursuant to EGMC Section 30.50.160 and as set by Resolution of the City Council. Current applicable Late Payment Fees are included in Exhibit E.
