Late Penalty Fee. AMCA reserves the right to charge a 1% late penalty fee compounded monthly on all past due accounts. In the event Employer fails to pay fees due to AMCA within 30 days of the invoice date, a late payment penalty will be assessed on the portion of the balance that is considered 31 days past due. The Employer is obligated to pay such penalty in addition to payment for services rendered upon receipt of penalty notification.

  • Late Payment Penalty If any portion of the principal of or interest on this Debenture shall not be paid within ten (10) days of when it is due, the Discount Multiplier under this Debenture shall decrease by one percentage point (1%) for all conversions of this Debenture thereafter.

  • Late Fee All overdue accrued and unpaid interest to be paid hereunder shall entail a late fee at an interest rate equal to the lesser of 18% per annum or the maximum rate permitted by applicable law (the “Late Fees”) which shall accrue daily from the date such interest is due hereunder through and including the date of actual payment in full.
