Common use of Late Reporting Clause in Contracts

Late Reporting. When an employee is told by a supervisor to report to work after his scheduled starting time, the following shall apply: 1. When the employee's reporting time is up to (1) one hour after the scheduled starting time, there will be no additional compensation. 2. If an employee's reporting time is more than (1) one hour after the scheduled starting time, the employee shall be paid one and one half times the employee's regular rate of pay for all hours worked beyond his/her posted scheduled work hours.
