Law and Forum for Legal Disputes. If you are a resident of the United States this Agreement and any dispute arising out of or related to it or the Service shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of Nebraska as they apply to agreements entered into and to be performed entirely within Nebraska between Nebraska residents, without regard to conflict of law provisions. You agree that any claim or dispute you may have against GolfStatus, must be resolved exclusively by a state or federal court located in Nebraska, except as otherwise agreed by the parties or as described in the Arbitration Option paragraph below. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts over you, stipulate to the fairness and convenience of proceeding in such courts, and covenant not to assert any object to proceeding in such courts. If you choose to gain access to the Service from locations other than Nebraska, you will be responsible for compliance with all local laws of any such other location, and in no event will you use the Service in violation of U.S. export laws or regulations.
Law and Forum for Legal Disputes. This Agreement will be governed in all respects by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. We encourage you to try and resolve disputes using certified mediation (such as online dispute resolution processes). If a dispute cannot be resolved then you and LUXit irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.

Notwithstanding the above, you agree that miniOrange shall still be allowed to apply for injunctive remedies (or an equivalent type of urgent legal relief) in any jurisdiction.

You agree that any claim or dispute you may have against VRKiwi must be resolved exclusively by the courts in Oulu, Finland. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts in Oulu, Finland for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes.

If you reside outside of the United States, this Agreement and any dispute arising out of or related to it or the Service shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and shall be considered to have been made and accepted in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, without regard to conflict of law provisions. You agree that any claim or dispute you may have against Facebook by Fonetwish Luxembourg S.a.r.l. must be resolved exclusively by the courts in Luxembourg, except as otherwise agreed by the parties or as described in the Arbitration Option paragraph below. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts in Luxembourg for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes.

You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within Collin County, Texas for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes.
