Common use of Law and Language Clause in Contracts

Law and Language. 21.1 The validity, construction, interpretation and enforcement of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong and the parties consent to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong in connection with any suit, action or proceeding arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, provided that nothing contained in this Clause 21.1 shall preclude the commencement of proceedings in any other court of competent jurisdiction.
