Common use of Law of Contract Clause in Contracts

Law of Contract. Union and Shipper agree that this Contract is made in the Province of Ontario and that, subject to Article X of the General Terms and Conditions, the courts of the Province of Ontario shall have exclusive jurisdiction in all matters contained herein. The parties further agree that this Contract shall be construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario.
