Law of Ohio. This Agreement shall be governed by the law of the State of Ohio to the exclusion of the law of any other jurisdiction and the State of Ohio shall have jurisdiction over any action hereunder or related to the Project to the exclusion of any other forum. Legal fees shall not be considered as eligible expenditures.
Law of Ohio. This Grant Agreement shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without giving effect to its conflict of laws principles. The parties agree that any legal action, suit, or proceeding that arises out of this Grant Agreement shall be brought solely and exclusively in the County of Summit Court of Common Pleas.
