Survival of this Agreement. 25.1 In so far as any of the rights and powers of the Councils provided for in this Agreement shall or may be exercised or exercisable after the termination or expiry of this Agreement the provisions of this Agreement conferring such rights and powers shall survive and remain in full force and effect notwithstanding such termination or expiry.
25.2 In so far as any of the obligations of the Councils provided for in this Agreement remain to be discharged after the termination or expiry of this Agreement the provisions of this Agreement imposing such obligations shall survive and remain in full force and effect notwithstanding such termination or expiry.
Survival of this Agreement. 25.1 In so far as any of the rights and powers of the Service User provided for in this Agreement shall or may be exercised or exercisable after the termination or expiry of this Agreement, then the provisions of this Agreement that confer such rights and powers shall survive and remain in full force and effect notwithstanding the termination or expiry of the Agreement.
25.2 In so far as any of the obligations on the Service Provider referred to in this Agreement remain to be discharged after the termination or expiry of this Agreement, then the provisions of this Agreement that impose such obligations shall survive and remain in full force and effect notwithstanding the termination or expiry of the Contract.
Survival of this Agreement. All covenants, agreements, representations and warranties made in this Agreement shall survive the issuance by the Issuing Bank of the Letter of Credit and shall continue in full force and effect so long as the Letter of Credit shall be unexpired or any Obligations, other than any Obligations pursuant to Sections 9.1, 9.3 or 9.15, shall be outstanding and unpaid after the termination of this Agreement. The obligation of the Applicant to reimburse the Administrative Agent and the Banks pursuant to Sections 9.1, 9.3 and 9.15 hereof and the obligations of the parties pursuant to Sections 9.20 and 9.21 hereof shall survive the payment of the Bonds and termination of this Agreement.
Survival of this Agreement. All covenants, agreements, representations and warranties made in this Agreement shall survive the issuance by the Bank of the Letter of Credit and shall continue in full force and effect so long as the Letter of Credit shall be unexpired or any Obligations shall be outstanding and unpaid. The obligation of the Applicant to reimburse the Bank pursuant to Sections 7.1, 7.3 and 7.14 hereof, and the obligation of the Bank to provide notice to the Applicant under Section 7.3 hereof, shall survive the payment of the Bonds and termination of this Agreement.
Survival of this Agreement. All covenants, agreements, representations and warranties made herein, or in the Loan Documents or in any certificate delivered pursuant hereto or thereto shall survive the execution by the Borrower and delivery to the Lender of this Agreement, the Note and the other Loan Documents and the making and repayment of the Loans hereunder, and shall continue in full force and effect so long as any Obligations of the Borrower remains outstanding and unpaid or this Agreement remains in effect.

The Family/Parenting Support Service and support service for children 0-10 children will need to get to the root cause of The difficulty and work intensively with the individuals and/or the whole family in a way that encourages parents, children and young people to better understand complicated feelings, improve difficult relationships and to learn practical skills in order to feel more confident, content and in control. The Support Services will use evidence-based tools and techniques to equip individuals and/or families with the skills that allow them to believe in themselves and their futures. They will also enable them to advocate positive family interaction which can help resolve family difficulties and problems that can escalate to a crisis point and create family breakdown. The Support services will help individuals and/or families understand, plan for and make positive changes sustainable long term in their own lives. It will also further enhance skills and resolve problems which may have been caused by or contributed to disagreement and conflict between family members in the family home. The service work with young children aged 0-7 years to improve their self-esteem and confidence and encourage them to access local activities e.g. sports clubs, visit the library, after school clubs and leisure activities. The service will engage with young children in ways that promote their trust and active participation, taking account of their level of development. The service will provide home support to families and children who ask for help in the defined ABL area or who are referred to the service. Survival of this Agreement. All covenants, agreements, representations and warranties made in this Agreement shall survive the execution had delivery hereof and shall continue in full force and effect so long as any party hereto shall have any obligations hereunder or any obligations owing to the Administrative Agent, the L/C Issuer or the Lenders shall be outstanding and unpaid. The obligation of the Borrower to reimburse the Administrative Agent or the Lenders pursuant to Sections 2.13, 8.1 and 8.3 hereof shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
Survival of this Agreement. All covenants, agreements, representations and warranties made in this Agreement shall survive the issuance by the Bank of the Letter of Credit and shall continue in full force and effect so long as the Letter of Credit shall be unexpired or any sums drawn or due thereunder or any other obligations shall be outstanding and unpaid, regardless of any investigation made by any Person and so long as any amount payable hereunder remains unpaid. Whenever in this Agreement the Bank is referred to, such reference shall be deemed to include the successors and assigns of the Bank and all covenants, promises and agreements by or on behalf of the City which are contained in this Agreement shall inure to the benefit of the successors and assigns of the Bank. The rights and duties of the City may not be assigned or transferred without the prior written consent of the Bank, and all obligations of the City hereunder shall continue in full force and effect notwithstanding any assignment by the City of any of its rights or obligations under any of the Program Documents or any entering into, or consent by the City to, any supplement or amendment to, or termination of, any of the Program Documents. Except as provided in Section 11.10 hereof, the rights and duties of the Bank may not be assigned or transferred without the prior written consent of the City.
Survival of this Agreement. This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of, and be binding upon, the parties and their respective successors and assigns, unless the new owners request and show good cause why it should not be applicable to their operations. Bankruptcy proceedings shall not prevent or stay the enforcement of this Agreement or any debarment proceedings the Army deems to be appropriate should the parties fail to comply with the terms of this Agreement, or engage in such other conduct that is a cause for suspension or debarment.
Survival of this Agreement. All covenants, agreements, representations and warranties made in this Agreement shall survive the extension by the Lender of the Commitment and shall continue in full force and effect so long as the Commitment shall be unexpired or any sums drawn or due thereunder or any other obligations shall be outstanding and unpaid,
