LAWNS AND SIDEWALKS. Landlord shall be solely responsible for maintenance and mowing of the lawn and the landscaping. Tenant shall keep lawn clear of trash, clutter and any obstacles to mowing team. Tenant shall at Tenant’s own expense keep and maintain the sidewalks, if any, adjacent to the leased premises free from snow and ice in conformity with the City of Carbondale Snow Removal Ordinance (the ordinance requires the cleaning of sidewalks at least a 30 inch path within 24 hours after the cessation of any fall of snow, sleet or freezing rain), except during winter break when classes are not in session.
