Laws and Approvals. (i) In carrying out its obligations under this Agreement, each Party shall comply with all applicable Laws. A Party shall not be considered or held to be in breach of its obligations under this Agreement as a result of such compliance.
Laws and Approvals. Observe and remain in compliance in all material respects with all Contractual Obligations and Requirements of Law and maintain in full force and effect all governmental approvals, in each case applicable to the conduct of its business.
