LAWS APPLICABLE TO THIS AGREEMENT. 17.1 If there is one Site or all Sites are in the same state or territory, this Agreement is governed by the laws in force in the state or territory where the Sites are located. 17.2 If there are Sites in more than one state or territory, this Agreement is governed by the laws in force in Victoria. 17.3 You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the place determined in accordance with clauses 17.1 and 17.2
