Common use of LAWS APPLICABLE TO THIS AGREEMENT Clause in Contracts

LAWS APPLICABLE TO THIS AGREEMENT. 35.1 If there is one Site or all Sites are in the same Jurisdiction, this Agreement is governed by the laws in force in the Jurisdiction where the Sites are located. 35.2 If there are Sites in more than one Jurisdiction, this Agreement is governed by the laws in force in Victoria. However, the Regulatory Requirements in a Jurisdiction continue to apply to Sites in that Jurisdiction. 35.3 You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the place determined in accordance with clauses 35.1 and 35.2.
