LAWS ENFORCED. The Sheriff shall discharge his responsibility under this Agreement by the enforcement of all State laws, County ordinances applicable within Bushnell, and Bushnell municipal ordinances if any are criminal in nature. The Sheriff shall bring appropriate charges for violations of all laws and ordinances that are not criminal. The City shall be responsible for the prosecution of any violators of municipal ordinances. The Sheriff shall, to the extent provided for by Federal and/or State law, enforce applicable Federal and/or State law as well as County or City Criminal Ordinances within Sumter County.
