This limited warranty is valid only in the U.S. and Canada. This limited warranty extends only to You, the original purchaser, and is not transferable to anyone who subsequently purchases, leases, or otherwise obtains the Product from You. This limited warranty does not cover software or non-eMachines branded products (e.g., printers, scanners, etc.). The term of this Limited Warranty (the “Limited Warranty Period”) is identified in the reference table included with this Agreement (“Warranty Reference Table”). The Limited Warranty Period commences on the date of purchase by You. Your original purchase invoice (sales receipt) showing the date of purchase of the Product is your proof of the date of purchase.
