Is employed by the Company to perform ramp and cargo duties, communications and other general operational duties, as required, to handle Sales functions as required, and as a working member of the group, have the ability to satisfactorily direct the work of others. Minimum Qualifications: Must possess the qualifications of a Customer Service Agent – Airports. Must have passed appropriate qualifying examinations, a structured interview, and must be able to satisfactorily pass Lead Customer Service Agents – Airports training requirements, established by the Company and concurred in by a Committee designated by the Union.
