LEAD ENTITY. Qualifications. Agency will be managed by Lead Entity. Lead Entity must be a Party. The initial Lead Entity is Xxxx Day.
LEAD ENTITY. The City will serve as the lead entity of the collaboration and will be responsible for submitting the joint AFH in behalf of the Program Participants.
LEAD ENTITY. COUNTY will serve as Lead Entity of the Consortium and by CITY’s signature to this Agreement, CITY consents to COUNTY applying for, receiving, committing, and managing Consortium Funds as authorized by this Agreement and Guidelines.
LEAD ENTITY. Metro will serve as the lead entity and will be responsible for submitting the joint AFH on behalf of both Program Participants.
LEAD ENTITY. Xxxxxxx County acting by and through its Urban County Program will serve as the Lead Entity and Fiscal Agent of the Program Participants in the collaboration for the preparation and submission of the AFH on behalf of all Program Participants.
LEAD ENTITY. The County of Xxxxxxx acting by and through its Urban County Program will serve as the Lead Entity and Fiscal Agent of the Program Participants in the collaboration for the preparation and submission of the Consolidated Plan and Strategy (CPS), Annual Action Plan (AAP), and Analysis of Impediments (AI). The Urban County Program, through proper procurement procedures and input from Program Participants, shall solicit Qualifications for a Consultant to complete the CPS, AAP, and AI, and all necessary components of these plans for the Program Participants.
LEAD ENTITY. The Program Participants designate the City of Pasadena (“Pasadena”) as the lead entity of the Consortium responsible for submission of the regional AFH to HUD on behalf of the Consortium. Each Program Participant appoints Pasadena as its agent for purposes of leading the Program Participants’ efforts and completing and submitting the Consortium’s regional AFH to HUD.
LEAD ENTITY. Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, the Lead Entity is authorized to act in a representative capacity for all of the Consortium Members for the purpose of the Act, and the Lead Entity assumes overall responsibility for ensuring that the Consortium’s HOME Program is carried out in compliance with the Act including requirements concerning a Consolidated Plan.
