It is understood that the Corporation may substitute equivalent in-house training for any of the above. b) Certification by family physician of medical condition to perform the job in question satisfactory to the Corporation. c) Fire station records as they pertain to the requirements of the vacant position. d) Minimum of eight (8) completed years of service. e) Seniority shall be the determining factor, where the foregoing qualifications are met in the judgement of the City, which shall not be exercised in an arbitrary or discriminatory manner.
