Lead Paramedic. The lead paramedic is a non-supervisory designation. The lead paramedic position provides paramedics the opportunity to develop leadership skills, take on additional responsibility related to EMS and provide an on-duty EMS resource for the Battalion.
Lead Paramedic. Employees identified as Lead Paramedics will receive a ten percent (10%) base pay assignment premium for the term of the assignment.
