Lead Time. Unless otherwise agreed by Orphan Medical, all purchase orders must be delivered to Orphan Medical at least one hundred twenty (120) days in advance of the requested delivery date(s) (except when the Product is to be drawn from Consignment Inventory pursuant to Section 7.3).
