Common use of Leadership Money Clause in Contracts

Leadership Money. a. The District shall allocate funds to support building leadership needs. This sum is intended to create a District wide total and is not intended to be split based on the student FTE at a particular school. The total District dollar amount allocated for this purpose shall be no less than $219,000. b. The Leadership Model is comprised of four quadrants in which leadership needs will be identified at each school i. Instructional Leadership Team (ILT) ii. Climate and Culture iii. District Teams iv. Other Building Leaders/Teams c. The Leadership Model design is intended to provide: i. Clear job descriptions ii. Equitable compensation iii. Structure for success d. The Leadership Model design: i.
