Employee Surveys. Results of any District-wide or annual building surveys of employees will be shared with the Association President or designee. The Association President or designee may request and shall be provided results of any other surveys to the extent permitted by law. When possible, the District will work with the Association to develop District-wide or annual building surveys. When a survey seeks feedback about a specific department or position, the relevant employees in that department or position will receive prior notice of or be consulted in the construction of the survey.

Employee Surveys. Bargaining unit employees can complete any survey being conducted by a Federal agency on duty time. Participation in any survey is voluntary. The Union shall be provided with the geographical/organizational distribution of surveys if the Employer is aware of such information. If the Employer is provided or obtains survey results before they are published, the Union will be afforded an opportunity to review the results. The Union shall be provided with a copy of the survey results at the same time the results are distributed to Management.

Employee Surveys. Employee surveys provide valuable feedback for the effective management of the organisation and are an important element in communication. Employees agree to participate in 1 formal employee survey in any 12-month period. To ensure that the survey results are reliable, employees will complete the surveys in good faith. The Joint Consultative Committee will develop and agree on guidelines for the application of employee surveys and appropriate feedback mechanisms.

It is understood that in order to facilitate an efficient and orderly transition into this Modernization, the staffing of classifications, departments, work teams, manufacturing cells, equipment, etc., involved in Modernization shall be the sole right of management. Management may also establish separate pay rate schedules and/or other forms of incentive compensation for employees so assigned with the understanding that current pay rates will not be reduced. It is not the intent of this Letter of Understanding to alter the scope of bargaining unit work or “effect representational interests”. Management representatives will periodically review Modernization plans, including ideas for staffing and compensation with the Union in order to provide opportunities for open discussion of issues and suggestions.   • Employee Status Reports Each pay period, the Employer will provide the Union a list of all employees in the bargaining units. The electronic list will be sent to WFSE headquarters. The report will contain:

  • New Employee Orientations The County shall provide the Union written notice of County-wide new employee orientations, whether in person or online, at least ten (10) business days prior to the orientation. The notice shall include time, date, and location of the orientation. Representatives of the Union shall be permitted to meet with the new employees for up to thirty (30) minutes during a portion of the orientation for which attendance is mandatory. The Union shall provide the County at least five (5) business days prior to the orientation any materials it would like the County to distribute to new employees at the orientation. If the Union staff are unavailable, the County shall grant release time for one (1) union xxxxxxx to attend the orientation pursuant to Section 6.2.1 The County shall make best efforts to provide the Union with the name, job title, department, work location, work, home and personal cellular telephone numbers, personal email addresses, and home addresses of all employees in the bargaining unit every 90 days, but no less than once every 120 days.

  • Employee Safety A. Any employee who is injured or who is involved in an accident during the course of his/her employment, no matter how slight the injury, shall file an accident report with the designated supervisor, as soon as possible after the injury and prior to the conclusion of the employee's work day, whenever possible. While the initial report may be given orally, it must be followed up within 48 hours with a written report on the First Report of Injury form which shall be submitted to the appropriate administrator/supervisor who shall then submit it to the appropriate Human Resources Department.

  • Employee Personnel Files 6.2.1 An employee may inspect material in his/her Personnel file except materials which:

  • Employee Parking 29 (1) The County will eliminate any charge for parking to employees using County-owned or 30 controlled parking lots, except the Courthouse Annex and Safety Building Garage. The 31 County shall make every reasonable effort to secure such lots against theft and vandalism in a 32 manner consistent with location and type of facility.

  • New Employee Orientation The Union will provide each agency personnel director with the names and addresses of up to two (2) authorized Union representatives per agency to receive notice of each formal orientation meeting held by the Department. The notice will be sent as soon as such meetings are scheduled (but not less than ten (10) days in advance) and will include date, time and location. Due to operational exigencies, agencies may schedule an orientation which will provide the Union with less than the requisite ten (10) days' notice; however the Union shall be notified as soon as possible after the scheduling of the orientation and the Union representative shall be released from duty. Agencies shall routinely schedule orientations in a manner that will allow for the ten (10) day advance notice to the Union. During the formal orientation, the Union will be permitted to give a twenty (20) minute presentation which may include an enrollment in supplemental Union benefits. The parties shall encourage employee attendance, although attendance shall not be mandatory if an employee objects to attending the presentation. In the event a formal orientation meeting is not held, or the Union is unable to attend the formal orientation because the designated Union representatives cannot be released under Article 4, the Employer shall allow the Union representative and the employee(s) to meet during duty hours at a mutually agreed upon time and location for twenty (20) minutes Employee participation in these meetings shall be encouraged although an employee shall not be required to attend such a meeting.

  • Employee Status For purposes of determining the applicability of Section 422 of the Code (relating to Incentive Stock Options), or in the event that the terms of any Grant provide that it may be exercised only during employment or within a specified period of time after termination of employment, the Committee may decide to what extent leaves of absence for governmental or military service, illness, temporary Disability, or other reasons shall not be deemed interruptions of continuous employment.

  • Employee Orientation Each and every person working for a contractor, including sub- contractors, will be given an orientation to familiarize them with the site safety program. Unless otherwise specified, each sub-contractor is responsible for the orientation of their workers.

  • Employee Personnel File A copy of any formal discipline report to be entered on an employee's file will be given to the employee. The employee will be required to sign Management's copy. Such signature will indicate receipt of formal reprimand only.
