Learning Groups. 1. The purpose of the professional Learning Groups is to create and sustain collegial dialogue and support ongoing professional growth. The Learning Leader’s role is non- evaluative, and is to facilitate the work of each Learning Group. Each Director for Special Education shall oversee the Learning Groups on his/her team. A budget will be established annually to support the planned activities of the Learning Teams. Concerns regarding the adequacy of budgeted funds shall be communicated to the Employee’s immediate supervisor or the Assistant Superintendent for Special Education.
