LEASE CERTIFICATION Sample Clauses

LEASE CERTIFICATION. Upon the request of the Lessee, the Port agrees to provide a written certification of the status of the Lease, to the best knowledge of the Port at the time of the certification, setting forth the following: i) whether the Lease is in full force and effect; ii) whether there have been any amendments or modifications to the Lease; iii) whether the Lessee is current in the payment of the rent and other charges under the terms of the Lease; and iv) whether the Port is aware of any default or breach on the part of the Lessee. The Port may charge a $200 administrative fee for this written certification.
