Lease of Hangar. County has authority to lease such Premises. Xxxxxx agrees to accept the Premises “as is,” and County makes no warranty as to the condition of the Premises or their suitability for any particular purpose for the Lease Term, as defined herein.

The Community Hangars are not space specific for aircraft. Airport staff shall load the Hangar Area to accommodate arrivals and departures as necessary.
