Arrivals and departures. 4.1. We record the attendance at each club using a register. If your child was booked to attend the club and is not present when the register is taken, we will contact you immediately. 4.2. We will ensure that a member of staff is always present at the collection and departure point to escort children. 4.3. At the end of the after-school club, our club staff carry out checks to ensure the safety of every child attending the club. 4.4. Only registered individuals that you have informed us of will be able to collect your child. If someone has not been previously registered and they will be collecting your child, you (or another registered person) must inform us at least half an hour in advance. 4.5. Registered persons must be given a password by you, that has also been communicated us, to collect your child. 4.6. If you, or another registered person, are running late to collect, you must notify us at least 10 minutes before the club closes by ringing the school office on 01229 585211. 4.7. Children are not permitted to leave the premises unaccompanied at any time.

Arrivals and departures. Hosts should both meet their student on arrival and return them to their departure point. In extraordinary circumstances taxis may be organised by UKCE. Hosts must assist students with gaining sufficient local knowledge to both allow them to be aware of potential risks but more usually to allow them to take public transport to and from the homestay and the school. Please show them the nearest and best bus stop for their needs. Bus passes will be provided centrally.

Arrivals and departures. (a) Check-In Time. The check-in time for all rentals is 4:00 p.m. PST. Early check-in must be requested between twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours prior to your arrival date via email or phone and are subject to written confirmation by VARE based on availability. Early check-in time is 2:00 p.m. PST. Unauthorized early entry will result in additional charges of $75.00 for every 30 minutes to the credit card on file prior to check-in. Any damage to furnishings, fixtures, furniture, or other notable conditions found upon arrival must be reported by you to VARE within two (2) hours of arrival. (b) Check-Out Time. The check-out time for all rentals is 11:00 a.m. PST. Late check-out must be requested via email or via phone by 11:00 a.m. the day prior to your departure date. Late check-out time is 12:00 p.m. You will be charged $50.00 on the credit card on file once the late check-out request has been authorized. Unauthorized late check-out after 11:00 a.m. will result in an additional charge to the Renter of $75.00 per 30 minutes to the credit card on file. Departure instructions are posted in all Rental Properties and must be followed to avoid additional charges to the credit card submitted on file. Violations to the departure instructions are determined by VARE in its sole and absolute discretion.

TDH reserves the right to refuse entry of any Dog(s) at any time for any reason. (b) The Dog Owner must only deliver and collect the Dog(s) strictly within the advertised reception hours. (e) When the Dog Owner is dropping of or collecting the Dog(s), the Dog(s) must be on a lead at all times whilst on the Premises.
