LEASE OF PROJECT AND PROJECT SITE(S) Sample Clauses

LEASE OF PROJECT AND PROJECT SITE(S). 3.1. Contractor hereby leases the Project and the Project Site to the District, and the District hereby leases said Project and Project Site from Contractor upon the terms and conditions set forth in this Master Facilities Lease. 3.2. The leasing by Contractor to the District of the Project Site shall not affect or result in a merger of the District’s leasehold estate pursuant to this Master Facilities Lease and its fee estate as lessor under the Master Site Lease. Contractor shall continue to have and hold a leasehold estate in the Project Site pursuant to the Master Site Lease throughout the term thereof and the term of this Master Facilities Lease. 3.3. As to the Project Site, this Master Facilities Lease shall be deemed and constitute a sublease.

  • REPAIRS AND IMPROVEMENTS 14.1 Prior to registration of transfer, the Purchaser shall not be entitled to effect any alterations to the Property without the prior written consent of the Seller. 14.2 The Seller shall not be obliged to compensate the Purchaser for any authorised alteration effected in the event of the sale being cancelled. 14.3 The Purchaser shall be liable for any damages suffered by the Seller as a result of any alterations effected by the Purchaser, not authorised by the Seller.
