Student Testing. Contractor shall, at no additional cost to the District and at the District’s request, coordinate its Work to not disturb District students when students at the School Site(s) are taking State-required tests.
Student Testing. The District will not release to the public an Instructional Employee's name or classroom number in regard to test scores, the results of any test averages, or placements unless the state mandates the District to do so. Test results may be used with individual Instructional Employees and their Principals to discuss areas of needed improvement and for in-service. During in-service, no individual Instructional Employees' names shall be referenced. Any Instructional Employee assigned to monitor or xxxxxxx a level of the state mandated test or off- grade test will be given a written explanation of the rules governing the administration of the test and the possible consequences, including loss of employment, that may result from non-compliance.
Student Testing. The week in-person learning resumes, CPS will conduct a surveillance testing program of students in (a) schools within the ten Chicago zip codes with the highest numbers of daily average COVID-19 cases, according to the CDPH COVID-19 Dashboard, and (b) high school cluster programs. The program will test 25% of eligible students each week, provided all required parental/guardian consent has been obtained. The high-prevalence zip codes will be updated at least monthly to account for changes in daily average COVID-19 cases over time.
Student Testing. AND SURVEY DATES PGCPS will publish testing and survey calendar dates and windows of all state and district mandated tests and surveys, as well as required ELL testing, by September 15 of each school year of this agreement. The published testing information will include the number of minutes required for each district/state test. This testing document will be shared with PGCEA. This testing information will be publicly shared through appropriate communication venues used by the school system. The total number of hours any PGCPS student spends on mandated state or local assessments shall not exceed the maximum hours in the “More Learning, Less Testing Act of 2017” (SB 452). PGCPS shall be responsible for tracking this data. Elementary schools will be provided substitute teachers funding to assist Kindergarten teachers with responsibilities for administering baseline assessments during the initial fall assessments. The classroom teachers and the school administration will determine collaboratively how the assessment and instructional responsibilities are shared.
Student Testing. As long as criterion and State assessment testing is continued in kindergarten, assistance will be provided teachers for administering the test.
Student Testing. BUSD and BFT will work collaboratively to encourage families to participate in routine COVID-19 testing (target testing cadence: once per two week period) that is offered at school, and to share information about the benefits of COVID-19 testing. Students may be tested in a BUSD program or opt to provide evidence of a negative COVID test result from a private provider every two weeks.

SBISD and XXXX Courage will collaborate on the timing, manner, and location for testing of XXXX Courage students. All test data for students enrolled in XXXX Courage shall be aggregated with the data for all other LMS students for purposes of campus accountability ratings.

SBISD and YES Prep Northbrook will collaborate on the timing, manner, and location for testing of YES Prep Northbrook students. All test data for students enrolled in YES Prep Northbrook shall be aggregated with the data for all other NMS students for purposes of campus accountability ratings.

XISD and YES Prep XMS and XHS will collaborate on the timing, manner, and location for testing of YES Prep XMS and XHS students. All test data for students enrolled in YES Prep XMS and XHS shall be aggregated with the data for all other XMS and XHS students for purposes of campus accountability ratings.
