Leased Property Security. TBF shall provide on-site security and crowd management at the Leased Property as provided in the Camping and Parking Plan. TBF shall provide these services from August 14, 2017 at 8:00 a.m. through the termination of this Agreement at a minimum. If TBF personnel observe any illegal or criminal acts, they shall report such activity immediately to the Boulder County Sheriff personnel. TBF shall arrange for and shall maintain and provide radio communication between its own security force and the Boulder County Sheriff's Department.

Illegal or criminal acts observed by FDGD personnel will be reported immediately to the Nederland Police Department personnel. • The Town Xxxxxxxx will meet with FDGD Parking and Security leadership and personnel no later than 5 days prior to the event. FDGD shall arrange for and shall maintain and provide radio communication between its own security force and the Nederland Police Department.

  • Leased Property Upon and subject to the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth, Landlord leases to Tenant and Tenant leases from Landlord all of Landlord's right, title and interest in and to all of the following (collectively, the "Leased Property"):

Grantee must have control systems to prevent loss, damage, or theft of property funded under this Grant. Grantee shall maintain equipment management and inventory procedures for equipment, whether acquired in part or whole with grant funds, until disposition occurs.
