Leasing Project Property to Another Party. Unless FTA has determined or determines otherwise in writing, if the Recipient leases any Project property to another party, the Recipient agrees to retain ownership of the leased Project property, and assures that the lessee will use the Project property appropriately, either through a written lease between the Recipient and the lessee, or another similar document. Upon request by FTA, the Recipient agrees to provide a copy of any relevant documents.
Leasing Project Property to Another Party. If the Non-State Recipient leases any Project property to another party, the Non-State Recipient agrees to retain ownership of the leased Project property, and assure that the lessee will use the Project property appropriately, either through a written lease between the Non-State Recipient and lessee, or another similar document. Upon request by FMCSA, the Non-State Recipient agrees to provide a copy of any relevant documents.

Any leasing or rental of equipment purchased by federal funds or state match/cost sharing, during the period of performance will considered program income and will be managed, expended, and reported per 2 CFR § 200.307.
Leasing Project Property to Another Party. If the Transit Provider leases any Project asset to another party, the Transit Provider agrees to retain ownership of the leased asset, and assure that the lessee will use the Project asset appropriately, either through a "Lease and Supervisory Agreement" between the Transit Provider and lessee, or another similar document. Upon request, the Transit Provider agrees to provide a copy of any relevant documents.
Leasing Project Property to Another Party. If the Grantee leases any Project property to another party, the Grantee agrees to retain ownership of the leased Project property, and assure that the lessee will use the Project property appropriately, either through a written lease between the Grantee and lessee, or another similar document, consistent with the Project purpose set forth herein. Upon request by the State, the Grantee agrees to provide a copy of any relevant documents.
