If option (i) doesn’t exist, then the employee has the right to take the least senior employee in the same classification, any shift, any unit/department, any FTE same or lower provided they have the current qualifications and ability to perform the available work. Satisfactory performance must be demonstrated within a probationary period of 90* calendar days (see section 18.6 below).
