Leave for Family Related Obligations or Ethnocultural or Religious Practices. Upon an Employee's request, the Employer shall grant such leave without pay and without loss of accumulated service time for up to three (3) non- consecutive days per school year. Such a request will not be unreasonably denied. Approval of such leave shall be subject to substitute availability if required.
