Xx Employee covered by the terms of this Agreement, if summoned to serve as a witness or juror in any judicial proceedings except those which may involve or arise out of the Employee's outside employment or the Employee's personal business or private affairs shall, if the Employee serves, be entitled to leave of absence with pay.
