Leave for MSLEA Organization Activities. The State shall provide Employee Organization Leave without loss of pay or benefits for members and officers of the MSLEA Board of Directors to attend a maximum of six (6) one-day meetings per year of the Board of Directors. For purposes of this Article, the Board of Directors shall consist of eleven (11) members, the President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer of MSLEA. Up to nineteen (19) MSLEA members who have an official capacity shall be entitled to use vacation or comp time to attend the annual MSLEA meeting.
