LEAVE FOR PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES. 1. Staff members may attend professional activities subject to budget limitations and approval by the immediate supervisor. Staff members will be reimbursed for reasonable necessary expenses. 2. Employees with approval of the immediate supervisor may attend professional activities at their own expense. 3. The District will provide one thousand dollars ($1,000) annually per guidance employee for the purpose of staff development and professional growth.
